Opportunity to join the DanceCARE Project as an observer
The DanceCARE Erasmus+ KA220 program is seeking observers to join its training program, which will run simultaneously in Athens (Greece), Valencia (Spain), and Ancona (Italy). DanceCARE is a European project that uses Dance Movement Therapy and Conscious Movement as innovative tools to promote emotional education and provide support to long-term caregivers.
Observer Role:
We are looking for three observers per site who:
- Have a background in Dance Movement Therapy or are current students in the field.
- Are available for 7 sessions (1.5–2 hours each) from May to November 2025 (specific dates and times will be announced).
Observers will receive guidance on what to observe and how to document their notes. This is a voluntary traineeship position, offering hands-on experience in research procedures and the chance to contribute to a meaningful project aimed at reducing caregiver burnout and the risk of depression and isolation.

DanceCARE è un progetto europeo che utilizza la Danza Movimento Terapia e il Movimento Consapevole come strumenti innovativi per promuovere l’educazione emotiva e fornire supporto ai caregiver a lungo termine.
Ruolo di osservatore:
Cerchiamo tre osservatori per ogni sede che:
- Hanno una formazione in Danza Movimento Terapia o sono studenti in questo campo.
- Sono disponibili per 7 sessioni (1,5-2 ore ciascuna) da maggio a novembre 2025 (le date e gli orari specifici saranno annunciati).
Gli osservatori riceveranno indicazioni su cosa osservare e come documentare le loro note. Si tratta di una posizione di tirocinio volontario, che offre esperienza pratica nelle procedure di ricerca e la possibilità di contribuire a un progetto significativo volto a ridurre il burnout dei caregiver e il rischio di depressione e isolamento.

Los observadores recibirán orientación sobre qué observar y cómo documentar sus notas. Se trata de un puesto de prácticas voluntario, que ofrece experiencia práctica en procedimientos de investigación y la oportunidad de contribuir a un proyecto significativo destinado a reducir el agotamiento de los cuidadores y el riesgo de depresión y aislamiento. Los observadores recibirán además un certificado de colaboración que avalará su participación durante todo el periodo.

Το πρόγραμμα DanceCARE Erasmus+ KA220 αναζητά παρατηρητές για να συμμετάσχουν στο εκπαιδευτικό του πρόγραμμα, το οποίο θα διεξαχθεί ταυτόχρονα στην Αθήνα (Ελλάδα), τη Βαλένθια (Ισπανία) και την Ανκόνα (Ιταλία). Το DanceCARE είναι ένα ευρωπαϊκό έργο που χρησιμοποιεί τη Χοροθεραπεία (Dance Movement Therapy) και τη Συνειδητή Κίνηση (Conscious Movement) ως καινοτόμα εργαλεία για την προώθηση της συναισθηματικής εκπαίδευσης και την υποστήριξη των μακροχρόνιων φροντιστών.
Ρόλος του Παρατηρητή:
Αναζητούμε τρεις παρατηρητές ανά τοποθεσία που:
- Έχουν υπόβαθρο στη Χοροθεραπεία ή είναι σπουδαστές στον τομέα της Χοροθεραπείας.
- Είναι διαθέσιμοι για 7 συνεδρίες (διάρκειας 1,5–2 ωρών) από τον Μάιο έως τον Νοέμβριο του 2025 (οι ακριβείς ημερομηνίες και ώρες θα ανακοινωθούν).
Οι παρατηρητές θα λάβουν καθοδήγηση σχετικά με το τι να παρατηρήσουν και πώς να καταγράψουν τις σημειώσεις τους. Πρόκειται για εθελοντική θέση πρακτικής άσκησης, η οποία προσφέρει πρακτική εμπειρία στις ερευνητικές διαδικασίες και τη δυνατότητα συνεισφοράς σε ένα σημαντικό έργο που στοχεύει στη μείωση της εξουθένωσης των φροντιστών και του κινδύνου κατάθλιψης και απομόνωσης.
